Dr. Surein is one of Malaysia's few Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons who is dually qualified in Medicine and Dentistry. He obtained his primary and postgraduate training from the University of Malaya, which included attaining distinction in the Master’s final examination. He earned his Membership from The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

He is a Malaysian federal government gazetted surgeon with over 15 years of experience in the field, having worked in several government hospitals in East and West Coast and East of Malaysia, culminating as the Head of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department in one of the governments hospitals, prior to joining the academia and private practice.

Dr. Surein’s clinical interest, among others, lies in dentoalveolar and dental implant surgery, craniomaxillofacial trauma, orthognathic surgery and care of medically compromised clients. He has presented his research and academic materials at various scientific conferences, both nationally and internationally. Among the awards that he has secured include the Malcolm Harris Award for Best Case Report Presentation and Travelling Fellowship in Dental Education and Clinical Experience, awarded by the Faculty of Dental Surgery of The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

In addition, he has keen interest in training and assessment within Dentistry and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and has been nominated several times for Teaching Excellence Award while in academia. He is frequently engaged in The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh’s activities and is currently a Member of Faculty of Examiners and Advisory Board member for the MFDS examination of The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Dr. Wilander obtained his dental degree from AIMST University, Malaysia before pursuing his speciality training in Doctorate in Clinical Dentistry (Prosthodontics) at the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom. He was also awarded speciality membership and fellowship certification in Prosthodontics by both the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh and Royal College of Surgeons England.

He serves as a fractional lecturer and prosthodontist in IMU University and is a registered dental specialist with the Malaysian Dental Council. He practices as a visiting dental specialist in private clinics in Kuala Lumpur and Melaka. He is actively involved in teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate diploma program, contributing to both clinical supervision, preclinical teaching, examination supervision and clinical and preclinical research. He also receives patient referrals in the realm of his clinical interest, which are and not limited to, treatment of tooth wear; surgical placement and restoration of dental implants; functional and aesthetic rehabilitation of compromised dentition; provision of complete dentures; and management of restorative/ prosthodontic complications.

Dr Chew is a caring and dedicated Paediatric Dental Specialist who enjoys working with children and helping them build a strong foundation for lifelong oral health. He completed his dental degree at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) and went on to specialise in Paediatric Dentistry at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). He also holds Membership with the Faculty of Dental Surgery, Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (RCS Edinburgh).

Dr Chew provides a wide range of paediatric dental services, including preventive and restorative treatments, interceptive orthodontics, dental trauma management and managing medically compromised or special needs children. He also has a special interest in oral surgical procedures and inhalation sedation for children, always aiming to create a gentle and stress-free dental experience for his young patients.

He is a member of the Malaysian Association of Paediatric Dentistry (MAPD) and regularly takes part in outreach programmes and continuing education. Dr Chew believes in the importance of early dental visits and works closely with parents to help children feel safe, confident, and happy.

Dr Zamri Hussin completed his 5-year dental degree at The University of Newcastle upon Tyne (United Kingdom). He completed his specialist training in periodontics at Manchester University (UK) in 2018, which he passed with a Distinction. He was awarded the Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (UK) in 2018. He was also awarded the Dentsply Prize for Best Postgraduate Student Oral Case Presentation in 2017 for his insights into periodontal health, treatment and patient perspectives.

Dr Zamri’s forte is non-surgical periodontal therapy (oral hygiene education, behaviour modification and root surface debridement) and surgical periodontics. The latter include surgical root surface debridement, periodontal regeneration and grafting procedures for intrabony defects, gingival recession and mucogingival aesthetics surgery. He also performs implant dentistry and related surgery. He practices evidence-based minimally invasive surgical techniques using microsurgical instruments and magnification to reduce patient discomfort and to improve healing outcomes. His current research interest includes novel adjunctive therapy and periodontal phenotypic modification therapy.

He is an Executive Council member of the Malaysian Society of Periodontology and life member of Malaysian Society of Oral Microbiologists and Oral Immunologists. He is a full-time periodontist and lecturer at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universiti Malaya.

Dr. Priyantha Pang Lee Yek is a Malaysian Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with extensive training and experience in the management of conditions involving the mouth, jaws, face, and facial skeleton. He completed his specialist training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is actively involved in both hospital-based and private practice settings, providing comprehensive surgical care for patients across a broad spectrum of oral and facial conditions.

Throughout his career, Dr. Pang has managed a wide range of complex surgical cases, including corrective jaw surgery (orthognathic surgery), dental implant rehabilitation, wisdom tooth surgery, facial trauma, pathology of the jaws and advanced bone grafting procedures,. He has a particular interest in integrating digital technologies into surgical planning and execution, utilizing virtual surgical planning, 3D printing, guided implant surgery, and computer-assisted workflows to enhance treatment precision and patient outcomes.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Pang is actively involved in academic activities, clinical teaching, and professional development. He regularly participates in scientific meetings, continuing education programs, and multidisciplinary collaborations aimed at advancing the field of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. His commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care allows him to deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's functional, aesthetic, and long-term health goals.

Dr. Pang's special areas of interest include orthognathic surgery for jaw deformities and facial assymmetry, full-arch dental implant rehabilitation including All-on-X concepts, digital surgical workflows, facial trauma management, bone augmentation procedures, and wisdom tooth surgery. He is dedicated to helping patients achieve improved oral function, facial harmony, and overall quality of life through modern surgical techniques and compassionate care with patient's comfort at the end of this mind.

Dr. Joshua graduated as the top of his class and was awarded the Young Achiever Undergraduate Awards by the Indian Association of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics (IACDE). Since then, he has cultivated his clinical interest in Endodontic Dentistry.

Dr. Joshua is currently practising microscopic endodontics with the aid of dental operative microscope (DOM) and CBCT which allow for better diagnosis, visualisation and management of the intricate morphology of the root canal system.

With over 8 years of clinical experience, Dr. Felix is dedicated to enhancing the patient experience through modern dental innovation. His practice focuses heavily on implantology, wisdom tooth surgeries, and digital dentistry.
